alright fury druid pro's heres a question

Recommended Posts

I've been playing fury druids since expansion came out, and I thought I'd try and use a crossbow for an experimental shape druid. then it hit me, wtf is the range on these things O_O

anyone know the melee range on the crossbows / bows?

Sup lemon , im HiCK on jsp, odd question you got there.

First of all what kinda fpa woulda cross bow / Bow get lol?

im pretty sure the range wouldn't be great at all especially because the minimum / max dmg on most suck. and it probabaly wouldnt be 4 fpa. so in the case it would be far better off just using some kind of cruel weapon or anything else really. im pretty sure as a build a cross bow or bow would fail ona fury druid.

i didnt really answer your question just a thought really.

Well buriza has like 80 ias on it so it should be pretty fast. I myself don't even have a clue about the range on these things and the speed they can get. I have a perfect up'd buriza if you want to test.

yaeh I think the range is 1, thanks guys, 2 people have said that now so I'm pretty sure thats the case

and a crossbow is actually the fastest item in the game, one having a -40 base, i was thinking it might be cool to make a druid with it as it only needs like 50 ias or somethin to hit 4 fpa. that of course would only be worth while if it had some crazy range like 4 or 5 . I'm gonna try something with a giant thresher or war scythe pretty soon. range 5 = gg

Rangeadder is 0 for xbows in wereform.

Also, you guys really should use rangeadder for all pvp range purposes, it is far more accurate than the old range system.
